We hold our philosophy in the highest regard, and work to realise and strengthen it throughout our organisation and our work.

What does working together mean for our customers?

The most common approach is that a company’s identity is expressed through the product and its quality. For our customers this means maintaining an identity that lasts for more than one product generation. It is an expression of a powerful, dynamic corporate culture that can handle evaluating its traditions, while at the same time being a master at renewal. What this says most about an organisation is what it demonstrates and values highly in its actions. The values that stimulate people and the things people are prepared to fight for are what best describes who the organisation is. The best compass our customers have is their value base, as it is here attitudes are cultivated

Our values are the ultimate guidelines when we need to make choices on which path to take in our work. We work on realising and enhancing them both in our own organisation and out on our assignments. They are Freedom, Love, and Meaning


Freedom
Freedom is a prerequisite for realising most of the other values. Freedom may mean having the opportunity of being who you are, being respected for it and consequently having room to be proactive. Increasing the access to freedom and the possibility of influencing will automatically lead to people taking more responsibility. Lack of freedom in today’s working life represents an obstacle to employees in developing wholehearted commitment and utilising their full potential.

Love
People want to be loved and feel needed. Most of us want to live and have relationships that involve caring for each other. Good ethics is the strongest feature a company can offer its employees, its customers, its owners and the society in which it operates. Poor relations and lack of trust are the most common obstacles to a fruitful partnership and for well-reasoned business transactions. The development of the business and not least change to the organisation and mergers often fail because of such shortfalls. When we can get people to see themselves in others, to love what they have elected to do and build a common ground with the people they have chosen to work with, our contribution in creating a catalyst for the natural process of love is of enormous significance. Courage is the basis for morals and personal values. Without courage our love pales into mere dependency.

Meaning
People perceive meaning in a strong light when they see that their efforts are part of a material context. Meaning is also having the opportunity of satisfying your most important needs.  Energy, power of action and creativity flow in the company when something that has meaning to the employee also has the same meaning to the company.  The same phenomenon arises in contexts with customers, suppliers, owners and society where meaning has the same significance to the company.  Lack of meaning has a paralysing effect and is a lot more common in the corporate world than people are aware.  Increasing the access to meaning is incredibly lucrative.
